Digital Products

All digital products including AI prompts, toolkits and downloadable resources are non-refundable once access has been granted. Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, we are unable to offer refunds on these purchases.

Membership Subscriptions

Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

Annual memberships may be cancelled within 7 days of the initial purchase date for a full refund. After 7 days, annual memberships are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the subscription period.

Online Programs and Workshops

Refund requests for online programs and workshops must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of the program content. Once these conditions are no longer met, no refund will be issued.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, contact us at [email protected] within the applicable timeframe. Please include your full name, order details and reason for the request. All eligible refunds will be processed within 5—10 business days to the original payment method.
